We had a great time at this hotel! the staff is mostly nice, and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. We especially loved the nearby restaurants that offered delicious Korean-style food. the free shuttle bus to Everland was very convenient and we enjoyed our time at the park. the hair dryer in the bathroom worked great, and we loved being able to use the hotel store to buy necessary items like toothbrushes and toothpaste.
The shuttle to Everland was not well-organized, and we found ourselves rushing to make it back to the hotel in time.

The hotel was located close to an amusement park, which was nice. They also offered a shuttle service to the park, making it very easy to get there. the room was clean and had a hair dryer provided, which was convenient.
The service at the coffee shop was very slow and unfriendly. the front desk staff was also unfriendly and unhelpful.

The hotel's location is great for those who want to visit a popular attraction nearby. The shuttle service to the attraction was very convenient, and it was nice that it was offered at an hourly interval. the hotel offered the cheapest tickets to the attraction, which was a nice bonus. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was mostly friendly.
There were some downsides to our stay. The front desk staff was not the friendliest, which made check-in and check-out a bit unpleasant.

We had a great time staying at the hotel due to its clean room conditions, friendly staff, and convenient location near some delicious restaurants. The shuttle service to and from the nearby amusement park and the inclusion of the cheapest tickets made our trip easy and enjoyable. Additionally, when we faced an issue with the toilet, the engineer quickly resolved it, making our stay even more comfortable.
No negative aspects to report.
